Welcome to Paul's Window Cleaning. By requesting a quote, booking a service or using paulswindowcleaning.org, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Paul's Window Cleaning provides window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. The scope of work, price and schedule are agreed with you in the quote or service agreement before work starts. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and done only with your approval.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices may change if the job turns out to be different from what was described (for example more windows, hard-to-reach areas, heavy build-up or construction residue).

3. Scheduling and Access

Visits are scheduled on a recurring or one-time basis as agreed. Please make sure our team has access to the windows, including unlocked gates and moved obstacles. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply.

4. Weather

For the safety of our team and the quality of the work, services may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, storms, high wind, ice or other unsafe conditions. We will contact you to arrange a new date.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Invoices that remain unpaid after the due date may be subject to late fees and a pause in service until the account is current.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Visits cancelled at the last minute, or when our team is already on site, may be charged.

7. Satisfaction and Re-cleans

If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will review it and, where appropriate, return to correct it at no extra charge. Some marks (such as etching, hard-water damage, paint or coatings) cannot be removed by normal cleaning.

8. Liability

We take care to protect your property and to carry out the work safely. Please tell us about any existing damage, loose or broken glass, failed seals or fragile fittings before we start. Paul's Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects or conditions we could not reasonably have known about. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent allowed by law.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
